I have recently purchased the Reliance NetConnect+ after watching their recent ad's (without doing research on net). I was hoping the speed would be genuine. But what I got is 320Kbps instead of 3.1Mbps. It was not worth talking to customer support because their only suggestion is to install the Net Booster, unfortunately I am facing more issue to install this net booster application in my Vista OS. It always says you need to reboot to continue the installation even after multiple reboots.
